You will need to use the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit # RM-2460-2560 for your 2022 Winnebago Minnie 2529RG travel trailer. These leaf springs are rated for 5,000lb axles while the ones in the Kit # RM-2460-2580 you found are rated for 8,000lb axles. If you used the heavier springs your trailer would bounce a lot more and the suspension would not properly absorb the bumps. Unless you can get the bearing numbers and seal information from the manufacturer, there isn't a way to really find that information without removing the hubs. You don't have to dismantle them if you want to measure the spindle in a couple locations with a digital caliper like # PTW80157. I've attached a video of how to do this.

Sounds like you don't have the correct rise or drop with your weight distribution hitch which is why you aren't level, and you don't need a brand new hitch, you can simply get a new shank.
